Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans start with a free trial where offered. A card is required to start a trial and you'll be charged when it ends unless you cancel first. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars. [trial length, refund terms and taxes].
Teams, coaches and trainers
Coaches and trainers are responsible for how they use athlete and client information they can see in the app, and must use it only to coach or train those athletes.
Trainer payments and the platform fee
Trainers set their own prices for clients and are responsible for the services they provide. Client payments are processed by Stripe to the trainer's connected account. Level Up Performance keeps a platform fee of 5% of each paid trainer subscription, after discounts. [confirm fee, payout and refund terms before trainer payments go live].
